Adrien Bourgeau

Adrien Bourgeau is the Director of Food and Beverage at Beaverbrook, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they gained extensive experience in prestigious establishments, including serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and In-Room Dining Manager at Shangri-La The Shard, London, from 2019 to 2020, and as Assistant Operations Manager at The Ritz London in 2018. Adrien completed a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage and Hospitality Management at FERRANDI Paris from 2014 to 2017, following internship positions at Le Manoir de la Boulaie and Relais & Châteaux.
