Matyas Rigo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Head Chef at Beaverbrook since January 2024, Matyas has previously held the position of Head Chef at Fairmont Windsor Park from March 2021 to January 2024, and Senior Sous Chef at InterContinental London - The O2 from September 2016 to March 2021. Earlier career milestones include roles as Chef De Partie at Sunborn Gibraltar Yacht Hotel Resort and Dolce Vita Restaurant, Sous Chef at Variety Cruises, and Commis Chef at Restaurant Portofino. Matyas's foundational education was obtained at Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla.
