Greg Monaco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Greg is currently the Principal Product Manager at BeaverFit North America, where they lead strategic product development and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver fitness solutions. Prior to this, Greg worked as the Director of New Product Introduction at the same company, focusing on creating efficient processes for product development. Greg also owned and operated Mobile Fitness Equipment, Inc. from 2014 to 2020, specializing in designing and engineering portable fitness equipment. Before that, they founded and managed Mobile Fitness Systems, LLC, which focused on designing and fabricating mobile gyms for outdoor training. Greg has also held positions as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Braintree High School, a Personal Trainer at The Weymouth Club, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at SETMA, and a Cardiac Therapy Intern at Baysate Hospital. Additionally, they worked as a Coach at Ellis School of Gymnastics.
Greg Monaco obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Temple University between 2003 and 2008. Greg then pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Springfield College from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Greg also holds certifications as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer from ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board/ANAB obtained in June 2014 and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) obtained in December 2010.
