Jacob Lamb

Jacob Lamb is a skilled professional with diverse experience in education, sports, and insurance. Currently serving as Digital Team Lead and previously as Underwriting Assistant at Beazley since April 2022, Jacob plays a vital role in the underwriting process by gathering and analyzing data and ensuring policy compliance. Prior experience includes two years as a Special Education Teacher at the Region 1 Board of Education and a brief tenure as Head Baseball Coach at The Hotchkiss School, where Jacob managed recruiting and communication despite the cancellation of the season due to COVID-19. Additional roles include a Caretaker position with responsibilities such as irrigation management and landscape maintenance, as well as serving as a Lifeguard for the Town of Lakeville, focusing on waterfront safety and member relations. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Richmond and a High School Diploma from Salisbury School.
