Jill Perlstein

Jill Perlstein is currently a Talent Acquisition Manager for North America at Beazley, where they lead the talent acquisition strategy and champion inclusive hiring practices. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Wellpath, managing a team and successfully redesigning key talent acquisition processes. With extensive experience in talent management roles, including positions at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Travelers, and Hartford Life and Annuity Insurance Company, Jill has consistently driven recruitment strategies and efficiencies throughout their career. They hold a B.A. in Psychology and are currently enrolled at the University of Illinois Chicago.
