Jo Orr

Jo Orr is an experienced HR professional specializing in employee relations and HR policy, currently serving as a Global Employee Relations and HR Policy Specialist at Beazley since June 2022. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Shelter UK, a career break for home schooling during the pandemic, and various positions at BPP, culminating as Head of Group HR. Jo also gained experience as an HR Consultant at Amdocs and as an HR Manager at Charles Taylor Consulting and the Community Development Foundation. Jo's education includes a BA (Hons) in Geography from The University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. Additional studies were completed at Capel Manor College in 2022.
