Malcolm Lydon has extensive experience in the risk and customer conduct sectors, currently serving in a Conduct Risk role at Beazley since March 2015. Prior to this, Malcolm held the position of Risk Business Partner at Friends Life UK for a brief duration in early 2015. Malcolm's earlier career includes significant tenure at Towergate Insurance as Head of Customer Conduct and Group Complaints Manager, as well as various roles at Direct Line Group, including National Customer Relations Support Manager and Strategy Manager. Malcolm's foundational experience in customer service and finance began at Churchill Insurance. Additionally, Malcolm completed education at Henley Business School in 2012.
