Matthew Inness

Matthew Inness currently serves as the Cyber and SR Research Lead at Beazley, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Control Risks from February 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities involved leading incident response engagements for various clients. Additional roles at PwC included Consultant and Associate roles focused on Cyber Incident Response and Business Risk and Controls. Matthew Inness also worked as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst at Sibylline Ltd, producing threat intelligence reports, and held editorial positions in the defense and cyber security sectors at Visiongain. Academic qualifications consist of an MSc in Theory and History of International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons) in War Studies from King's College London.
