Matthew McDonagh

Matthew McDonagh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile coaching and process transformation. Currently serving as a Lead Agile Coach at Beazley since May 2022, Matthew has played a pivotal role in the organization-wide modernization initiative, developing the Beazley Finance Agile Playbook and managing a team of Scrum Masters. Prior to this, Matthew held senior roles at UBS and XL Catlin, focusing on Agile coaching, project management, and business process excellence. With a background in Environmental Earth Science and a master's degree in Managing The Environment, Matthew has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving operational efficiency and fostering Agile methodologies across various sectors.
