Max Diacon

Max Diacon currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Beazley since January 2024. Previously, Max held the positions of Deputy Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk at Talbot Underwriting from August 2018 to January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Risk Manager at QBE Insurance from April 2010 to August 2018 and as Risk Executive at Lloyd's of London from August 2005 to April 2010.
