Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in various programming languages and technologies. Since April 2008, Michael has served as a Senior Software Developer at Beazley, focusing on C# ASP.Net development to enhance existing applications. Michael also founded katproductions Limited in February 2006, where website development, including e-commerce and CMS, was conducted until February 2014. Prior to these roles, experience includes positions at APD Communications Limited, where Michael contributed to emergency services software, and at Netgenix and Wireless Data Services, where custom software solutions were developed. Michael began the career at BHP New Zealand Steel, applying skills in VBA/Excel. Education was completed at The University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Science degree.
