Niklas Redhead is a seasoned data and analytics professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Data and Analytics Lead at Beazley since March 2017, Niklas has also held roles such as Interim Head of Data Management and UK ROW Reporting Product Owner. Prior to this, Niklas worked at Chubb as a Senior Performance Analyst, where responsibilities included managing a team and creating claims dashboards for various markets. Niklas began a career in data analysis at RSA and holds a Level 4 Apprenticeship in IS Business Analyst from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, pursued between 2018 and 2020.
