Simon Collins

Simon Collins is an experienced change management professional with a strong background in operational resilience and project management, currently serving as Group Head of Change at Beazley since October 2015. Prior to that, Simon held various roles at Aon Risk Solutions, including Operational Improvement & Project Director and Business Programme Director, where responsibilities included leading eCommerce and market reform initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. Simon's career began at Lloyd's of London as a Senior Project Manager. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
