Steve Rayment has extensive experience in business management and finance, currently serving as the Head of Global Business Management and Head of Group MI at Beazley since August 2012. In addition to these roles, Steve serves as a Senior Business Partner, leveraging expertise in financial strategies and reporting. Prior to Beazley, Steve was the Syndicate Reporting Manager at ERS from May 2006 to August 2012, where significant contributions were made to syndicate reporting processes.
