With a diverse background in resilience and business continuity, Steve has held roles such as Senior Operational Resilience Manager at Vanquis Banking Group and Deputy Director (Interim) at EPC. They have also served as the Assistant Head of Resilience at Kent County Council and held several officer positions within fire and rescue services.
