Will Roscoe has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having served as the Head of Portfolio Underwriting at Beazley since September 2011, where responsibilities include underwriting and portfolio management for Smart Tracker Syndicate 5623 and ESG Syndicate 4321. Prior to this role, Will managed corporate relationships with brokers in the UK and Europe, and led the Southeast Region for Beazley E&S Property while heading the Atlanta office. Will began a career in underwriting at Beazley and held the position of Director of Broking at Willis before that. Military service in the British Army as a Captain preceded a strong educational background including a Modern Languages degree from the University of Bristol and training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
