Lydia Guembe has a long and varied work history. Lydia began their career in 2005 as a Research Technician in Social Psychology and Methodology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. In 2006, they moved to Multiasistencia as a Customer Fidelity and Retention specialist, where they were responsible for multi-channel CRM for the Banco Santander insurance portfolio. Lydia then moved to Siemens S.A. in 2008 as an HR Assistant before transitioning to Gabinete de Estudios Institucionales, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid as a Quality Analyst. In 2009, they joined GFK Emer Ad Hoc Research as a Marketing Research Analyst. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Business Strategy & Marketing Analyst at Insights for TV. Finally, in 2017, they joined beBee, Inc. as a Senior Marketing Performance Manager.
Lydia Guembe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2010. Lydia then completed a Master's Degree in Methodology of Behavioral and Health Sciences from the same institution in 2012. Additionally, they received a certification in Google Adwords from Google in January 2014.
