Andy Tsai is a Senior Project Manager at beBit, focusing on strategy, consulting, and project management. Previously, Andy served as a Senior Consultant and Enterprise Team Lead at beBit, managing over 20 projects and leading innovations in service design and customer experience. Andy also interned in business development at Tesla, where they conducted user research and evaluated vendor performance for charging installations. As a co-founder of Alphateam, Andy has led numerous design thinking workshops and contributed to design thinking publications. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from National Taiwan University.
