Aileen Agada

Aileen Agada is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. As Co-Founder and CEO of BeBlended since May 2018, Aileen has created a platform that connects clients to freelance hairstylists specializing in afro-curly hair textures. Aileen's expertise is further showcased through roles such as Expert in Residence at Black Founders Network, Venture Coach at LiftOff by CCAWR, and Alumni Advisor at NEXT Canada, where Aileen was part of the 2020 Next 36 cohort. Aileen's background includes positions as a Venture Capital Analyst at Emerald Technology Ventures, Student Entrepreneurship Coach at Velocity, and Student Ambassador for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. Aileen holds a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship and Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo, along with additional training in entrepreneurship from the University of Toronto's Next 36 program.
