Matthew Rice

Matthew Rice is currently the Corporate Controller at beBright, having previously held similar roles at Compute North and SynerFuse. Matthew's accounting career includes significant experience as a Senior Accountant at Trean Insurance Group, where they developed SEC-compliant financial statements and automated reporting processes. Earlier in their career, Matthew interned at Access Genetics and Deloitte, gaining valuable insights into financial operations and audits. They also volunteered at St. Cloud Hospital and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota, showcasing a commitment to community engagement. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Sports Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
