BEC began trading in November 2003 with the successful completion of a new Maths Block at Swadelands School in Lenham.

Twenty years on, we are proud to have delivered more than 130 projects to our Clients — each completed, handed over, and supported by the positive feedback showcased on our testimonials page.

Our continued success is built on a clear commitment to teamwork, early planning, and open communication with every member of the Construction team and the Client. This collaborative approach, combined with our proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, remains central to how we work.

We now partner with a trusted group of preferred subcontractors, ensuring continuity, consistency, and the high standard of workmanship our end users expect.

Our Clients value our communication style and the personal, proactive approach we bring to meetings and engagement with Professional teams. It’s this combination of reliability, transparency, and genuine partnership that defines BEC today.
