Gitte Menzel is currently the Director and Head of Mortgage & Pension at BEC Financial Technologies, where they lead efforts in mortgage advisory and property financing technology. Previously, Gitte held leadership roles at Nykredit and Edlund A/S, as well as a project management position at Nordea. Gitte’s background includes a depth of experience in digital transformation, innovation, and strategy execution, complemented by multiple certifications in project management, including IPMA level A. They have also served on the advisory board for Mortgage E-nettet and as a board member of the Dansk Padel Forbund. Gitte's academic credentials include degrees from Copenhagen Business School and various leadership programs focusing on customer-oriented leadership.
