Claire Webb

Principal

Claire Webb is a Principal Ecologist at Beca, leading and delivering various ecology programmes and projects, including ecosystem and threatened species management and ecological impact assessments. With a strong technical background in terrestrial ecology and biodiversity management, Claire has provided expert advice to asset owners and regulators and takes a solutions-oriented approach to challenges backed by strategic planning and project management. Previously, Claire held roles as an Associate Ecologist and Senior Ecologist at Beca and worked as an Environmental Scientist at Manukau City Council and in various ecological roles at Auckland Council. Claire is pursuing an MSc in Botany with a focus on coastal dune ecology at Rhodes University.
