Matt Hunt

Matt Hunt, CPEng NER RPEQ, is a qualified engineering professional with 30 years of experience, including 21 years specializing in airfield pavements and associated infrastructure. Currently serving as the Technical Director of Airfield Engineering at Beca since 2021, Matt previously held positions at AECOM as Associate Director and Principal Aviation Engineer, and at Halcrow as an Aviation Engineer. Matt began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Cheshire County Council and has also worked as a Graduate Engineer at MWH. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) Hons in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
