Nathan Baker is a Principal Planner and Technical Director of Planning with 18 years of resource management experience. Specializing in consultation and consenting strategies for major development and infrastructure projects, they possess expertise in RMA Statutory and Planning Approvals, community and stakeholder engagement, and environmental impact assessments. Nathan has successfully led various community engagement projects, notably the Kapiti Water Supply Project, which won the NZPI 2014 Project of the Year due to their collaborative approach with iwi and effective stakeholder management. Currently, Nathan is pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Science at the University of Otago.
