Stephen Perkins is a Beca Technical Fellow and Senior Technical Director, leading the delivery of large commercial and institutional building projects while implementing advanced smart building technologies across the Asia Pacific region. With experience as Vice President of Engineering at Enwave Energy Corporation, they managed engineering design and construction for one of North America’s largest district energy systems. Their notable projects include CapitaSpring, a 51-story office tower with innovative technologies, and Punggol Digital District, aligned with Singapore’s Smart Nation goals. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) with First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
