Tania Hyde is a Technical Director and Circular Design Lead at Beca, holding the title of Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE). With over 25 years of international experience in civil infrastructure, Tania leads the development of the Pou Whakahaere Circular Design Tool, integrating Circular Economy principles into infrastructure planning. Tania has previously served as a Senior Roading Engineer at URS Corporation and a Principal Highways Engineer at the London Borough of Lambeth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, Tania actively collaborates with project teams, clients, and communities to create sustainable solutions.
