Tim Dubber is an experienced structural engineer with expertise in reservoirs and water infrastructure. Currently serving as Executive Director at Res Spec since July 2017, Tim also holds the position of Technical Director at both Beca and Bara Consult while managing Dubber Consulting since August 2017. Previous experience includes a role as Structural Engineer at Hatch from July 2010 to February 2016. Tim attained education at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
