Felix Lam is an experienced entrepreneur and educator currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the Institute for Entrepreneurship at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University since April 2018. With a strong background in investment, Felix has been an investor in several innovative companies, including Compology, Because Learning, Snaptee, Frenzoo, Insight Robotics Ltd., and Coachbase. As a Founding Partner at 43 Ventures, Felix promotes social and technology entrepreneurship, while also acting as Founding Principal at Red Chapel Advisors, where early-stage business experiments are designed and conducted. Additionally, Felix contributes as a Business Consultant at the Centre for Entrepreneurship at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, mentoring startups in local incubation programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Science in Telecommunications from UNSW and a Certificate in Lean Methodology from the National University of Singapore, along with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from UNSW.
