Isabel's earlier experience includes coordinating the International Green Key Programme at the Foundation for Environmental Education, overseeing eco-certifications across over 60 countries, and supporting environmental initiatives as an International Blue Flag Master's Thesis Intern. Isabel's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Regional Development from Universität Greifswald and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Hamburg, complemented by a year at the University of Southampton.
