At Because CIC, we are dedicated to empowering young people through practical training and real-world experience such as the hospitality industry. As a social enterprise, our mission is to create opportunities that help individuals develop essential skills, boost their confidence, and gain valuable work experience.

What We Do:
Our innovative programs focus on hands-on training and mentorship, allowing young people to learn the ins and outs of the working environment.

We provide:

Barista Training: Our trainees learn to create exceptional coffee experiences while mastering customer service skills.

Event Participation: We engage with the community by providing delicious coffee at local events through our newly launched coffee cart.
This enhances our visibility and allows our trainees to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Supportive Community: We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where young people can thrive, connect, and grow.

Our Impact:
By participating in our programs, young individuals gain the confidence and experience needed to pursue their career aspirations. We pride ourselves on the positive feedback we receive from our community and partners, as we work together to build a brighter future for the next generation.

Get Involved:
We invite businesses, organizations, and community members to partner with us in our mission. Whether you’re looking to host us at an event, offer mentorship, or support our trainees, your involvement makes a difference.
