Our engineering staff includes multi-disciplined engineering professionals licensed in eighteen states, as well as LEED Accredited Professionals and Certified Energy Managers. Our project management and construction inspection staff is comprised of licensed building inspectors, mechanical inspectors, certified building plan examiners, registered roof observers, registered exterior wall observers, Concrete Surface Repair Technicians, and reserve specialists certified by the Community Association Institute. Our firm is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
