For nearly 60 years, Becht Engineering BT, Inc., has been supporting our “Building Technologies” clientele by providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection (MEP&FP) engineering, structural engineering, building envelope engineering, insurance/forensics investigations, and project management services. Our engineering staff includes multi-disciplined engineering professionals licensed in eighteen states, as well as LEED Accredited Professionals and Certified Energy Managers. Our project management and construction inspection staff is comprised of licensed building inspectors, mechanical inspectors, certified building plan examiners, registered roof observers, registered exterior wall observers, Concrete Surface Repair Technicians, and reserve specialists certified by the Community Association Institute. Our firm is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

We have extensive experience with Property Condition Assessments of existing buildings supporting real estate and leasing transactions, tenant improvements, forensic engineering services supporting the insurance industry, and experienced expert witnesses supporting the legal profession with construction defect litigation.
