Aimee Cope

Aimee Cope is an experienced Employee Relations professional currently serving as an Employee Relations Partner for the Asia-Pacific region at Bechtel Corporation since June 2025. Previous roles include serving as an Employee Relations Case Specialist at Woolworths Group and as an Employee Relations Adviser at Queensland Rail. Aimee has also held positions as Specialist Employee Relations at BHP and Industrial Relations Consultant at MAPIEN, along with experience as a Service Consultant and Personal Banker at ANZ. Aimee holds two degrees from The University of Queensland: a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, as well as a Certificate IV in Government Investigations from KPS and Associates.
