Amy Arroyo

Amy Arroyo is an experienced professional in human resources and diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Global D&I Program Manager and Acting Project HR Manager at Bechtel Corporation since October 2023. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Project HR & Communications Manager at Bechtel. Amy has a solid foundation in management, having worked as Outsource Services Manager at Tickets.com from September 2001 to September 2006, acting as a liaison between MLB.com and Tickets. Academically, Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business-Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Los Medanos College.
