Andrew de Leon

Andrew De Leon is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in plant design and piping, currently serving as Chief Engineer for the Plant Design & Piping department at Bechtel Manufacturing & Technology since June 2023. Throughout a distinguished career, Andrew has held various supervisory roles across multiple projects including LNG and petrochemical facilities, notably in the Port Arthur LNG project and NASA's Artemis program. Previous positions at Bechtel included Mechanical Engineering Group Supervisor responsible for ground support systems and serving as a deputy supervisor across significant engineering projects. Earlier experience includes design roles at Fluor Corporation, further solidifying Andrew's technical expertise in the field. Andrew holds educational credentials from ITT Technical Institute.
