Bob Deatherage

Bob Deatherage is an experienced professional in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as the VP/Industrial Relations Manager at Bechtel, a position held since October 1996, with a focus on workforce development and management for the company's construction services. Prior to Bechtel, Bob held the role of Director of Human Resources at Belmont Construction Company, overseeing human resources and casualty risk management for a major industrial construction firm. Bob's career includes significant human resources leadership positions at Quality Beverage Company and AMF Tuboscope Inc., the latter being an international oilfield services firm where Bob contributed to various HR functions over a span of 15 years. Bob holds an MBA in Management and a BS in Journalism from Stephen F. Austin State University.
