Brandon King, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with extensive experience in both academic and corporate environments. Currently serving as Adjunct Online Faculty at Central Michigan University and Senior People Analytics Specialist at Bechtel Corporation, Brandon utilizes a blend of survey, HR, and assessment data to address organizational challenges and enhance workplace practices. Prior roles include Senior Organizational Psychologist, Manager of People Analytics Research for the U.S. Government, and Founder of Behavioral Research Solutions, LLC, where Brandon has led initiatives in talent management, research methodology, and employee engagement for various organizations.
