Brian McCarthy is an experienced Contract Manager currently working for Bechtel Corporation on the BART Silicon Valley Phase II Project since May 2023. Prior to this role, McCarthy held various positions at Fluor Corporation from March 2011 to May 2023, including Prime Contract Manager for the LAX Automated People Mover Project, Contracts & Procurement Manager for the Tappan Zee Hudson River Crossing Project, and Contract Manager for the Windsor-Essex Parkway Project.
