Brian McKay, MPH, CSP, CIH, currently serves as the Safety & Health Manager at Bechtel Corporation, overseeing safety leadership on the Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant in Kentucky since May 2019. Previously, Brian held various roles within Bechtel, including Project ES&H Management for the Crude Capacity Shipment Project in Kazakhstan and Senior Safety Supervisor for the Angola LNG Project. Brian's extensive experience encompasses director-level positions managing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, as well as contributions to research committees focused on safety performance in construction. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health and multiple degrees in nursing and related fields, supported by certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt.
