Bruce A. Colvin

Bruce A. Colvin, Ph.D., serves as the Corporate Environmental Manager and Deputy Environmental, Safety, and Health Manager at Bechtel Corporation, providing global technical and policy support for environmental, safety, and health initiatives across the firm's projects worldwide. With extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar projects such as the Boston Central Artery/Tunnel and Dulles Corridor Metrorail, Bruce has overseen compliance, permitting, and safety programs for thousands of personnel. Prior to Bechtel, Bruce founded Colvin Consulting Inc., delivering specialized consulting services, and contributed as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Applied Ecology at Bowling Green State University. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Biology/Ecology from John Carroll University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Sciences from Bowling Green State University.
