Chris Ford is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on field engineering and surveying in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) sector. Currently serving as an Area Field Engineer for Bechtel Corporation since July 2021, Chris has held various roles including Surveyor for the Port Arthur LNG project and Detail Engineer. Prior to this position, Chris worked at Primoris Services Corporation as a Surveyor and Punchlist Coordinator from December 2020 to June 2021, and had a lengthy tenure at Bechtel Corporation from July 2012 to October 2020, where responsibilities included Tanks Construction Coordinator and Tanks Surveyor/Construction Engineer for major LNG projects. Chris’s earlier experience includes surveying roles at Bechtel Corporation and Matrix Service Company. Chris's education occurred at West Sabine I.S.D from 1990 to 2003.
