Christopher Lukas

Christopher Lukas is the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Bechtel Corporation, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Lukas served as the Chief of the Cyber Threat Analysis Division at the U.S. Department of State from 2003 to 2012 and held various roles within the US Navy from 1995 to 1999, including Signals and Communication Security Analyst and Project Manager. Lukas also contributed to the intelligence community as the Senior Director of Global Intelligence at iSIGHT Partners in 2012 and as Manager of Cyber Threat Analysis and Monitoring at Chevron from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they are a Board Member at the Oil and Natural Gas Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ONG-ISAC) since 2022.
