Chuck Rhorer

Chuck Rhorer is an experienced security professional with a career spanning over two decades at Bechtel Corporation. As Regional Security Manager for the Asia Pacific Region since December 2005, Chuck oversees physical security operations. Prior roles include regional management security oversight covering Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and India, managing security for major construction and engineering projects in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Metals, and transportation sectors, based in Dubai, UAE. Chuck also served as Project Security Manager for significant initiatives, such as the Khursaniyah Gas Project in Saudi Arabia and the Yucca Mountain Project in Las Vegas, where responsibilities included the development of security plans and compliance with Department of Energy regulations. Early career experience includes a role as Security Manager for the Antamina project.
