Dele Ladeinde is a technical professional with 20 years of experience in the development, execution, and operation of natural gas liquefaction facilities globally. Currently serving as the LNG Technology Manager at Bechtel Corporation since 2023, Dele has held various roles including Lead Commissioning & Start Up Engineer and Senior Process Engineer at Air Products PLC and Nigeria LNG Limited, respectively. Dele's focus areas include commissioning, start-up, and performance testing of LNG facilities, having most recently worked on nitrogen defrosting campaigns and hydrocarbon commissioning at Coral FLNG S.A. Dele holds an MSc from the University of Nottingham and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Lagos.
