Don Austin

Don Austin is a highly motivated Senior Manager and Human Resources Leader currently serving as the North American Labor Relations Manager at Bechtel Corporation. With extensive experience in business development, collective agreement negotiations, and grievance management, they have previously held positions such as Administrator/Board Chair for the Yukon Building Trades Pension/Health and Welfare Fund and Director of Training for the United Association Joint Apprentice Training. Don has participated as a delegate in the 2012 Governor General's Leadership Conference, aimed at enhancing decision-making among future leaders. They are pursuing a degree in Labour Relations at Athabasca University.
