Emre Bayrak

Emre Bayrak is an architect with 25 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in delay analysis, scheduling, and cost control. Currently serving as Forensic Scheduling Manager at Bechtel Corporation, Emre has also held senior roles at FTI Consulting and managed complex projects in various sectors, including major airports and high-rise buildings. Emre holds dual master's degrees in Construction Law and Arbitration as well as Building Construction Management, and has served as an independent delay expert in arbitration settings. Recently, Emre was appointed as a delay expert in a mediation involving a community center project in Ontario.
