Fahad Alshawan, Ph.D., is a transformation and performance excellence leader currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Expert at Bechtel Corporation, where they lead Organization Development & Change efforts across the Middle East and Africa. They previously contributed as an instructor in leadership at Penn State College of Engineering and studied as a Ph.D. candidate in Workforce Education & Development at Penn State University, also functioning as an external OD consultant during this time.
