Hai Ma currently serves as a Data Analytics Advisor and BIM Lead at Bechtel Corporation, specializing in the Western Sydney Airport project since March 2022. Previously, Hai worked in various roles within Bechtel, including Project Automation Support for Bechtel Mining & Metals and Quality Assurance Specialist, as well as Construction BSAP Coordinator for the AL TAWEELAH ALUMINA project in Abu Dhabi from April 2015. Experience also includes Project Control Dashboard Specialist for Bechtel Civil Infrastructure on the Mashroat project, along with IT Support and drafting positions at Bechtel and Retail Decisions PTY Ltd. Hai's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, ongoing studies in Civil Engineering at USQ, a Certificate III in Engineering - Technical from SkillsTech Australia, and a Certificate III in Hospitality (Table Gaming) from William Angliss Institute.
