James Dutton

Sir James (Jim) Dutton is regional president, Africa, for Bechtel’s infrastructure business, responsible for the business portfolio across the continent. Prior to this role, Jim served as deputy project manager for a nuclear project and as head of government strategy coordinating Bechtel projects and initiatives in the UK.

From 2013 to 2015, Jim represented Her Majesty the Queen as Governor and Commander-in-Chief in Gibraltar, responsible for external affairs, defence, internal security, and general good governance.
