Jesse Rodriguez

Jesse Rodriguez possesses extensive experience in diverse leadership and operational roles across military and civilian sectors. Rodriguez served in the U.S. Army Special Operations Recruiting Battalion from January 2016 to August 2018, exceeding annual recruiting quotas and providing guidance to candidates preparing for Special Forces training. Between August 2011 and January 2016, significant contributions were made as a Special Forces Senior Communications Sergeant, including leadership roles in crisis response operations and collaboration with various agencies to address weapons of mass destruction. Most recently, Rodriguez worked with Bechtel Corporation as a Civil Superintendent and served as an Advanced Firearms & Armorer Instructor at GLOCK, Inc. from September 2023 to April 2024. Educationally, Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, attained between 2021 and 2022.
